Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service, no-shows, or services already started are non-refundable. Prepaid services may be refunded as account credit at our discretion. Refunds for cancellations due to unsafe weather or emergencies initiated by DogMomAndDad.com will be issued in full. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
